What Happen With My Hand?

I don't know what happen with my hand. My right hand get trouble. Sometime i feel so painful when i want get anything with my right hand. This problem is run for one weeks. But still some problem.
Maybe next time i will check it to a doctor, so i will know what happen with my hand.

If you ask me, what the benefit for me to make a blog, was my time here and pay some cost for my internet connection. I don't care how to answer your question.
For me, its a very greating way, because i can feel how to become as a blogger. And i can make more online internet friends through my blog.. With blog make me more know what and who and why peoples like browse at internet.
I think i love so much for blogging, its bring me to see another world at virtual community. :)

Insomnia

For the last two days, i have insomnia problem. This is not enough, i cann't get sleep time. So was so night its make me can sleep.
So i don't care about my rest time with sleeping.. This is very bad for my healthy. So, this is make my concentration is not high performance. I hope this will be end tomorrow

How to protect our computer from virus?
I don't know the best way to protect my computer from virus. But many peoples recommended me to install full version antivirus software. Than after that always update the software immediately.
May be i can suggest you, please don't open any email and attachment if you don't trust the source of the e-mail address. Than don't visit any website if you don't so sure its a good site. If you open any data, like from flash disk or disk, mobile phone, please for first time scan them with your antivirus software.. If ok you can open it.
I hope this small tips will help you to protect your computer from virus.

Nokia 6120 classic

Hi, i just buy a new mobile phone. Yes, its Nokia 6120c. "C" mean classic. Before buy this phone, i just use my old mobile phone Nokia 6600.
But when my 6600, have any problem and virus problem, i sell it and change it with Nokia 6120c.
